Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Botify AI Chatbot Widget service operated by Manjeet Choudhary.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Botify (the "Service"), including the AI chatbot widget, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Botify is an embeddable AI chatbot widget developed and operated by Manjeet Choudhary ("Creator", "we"). The widget allows website owners to embed an AI-powered chat interface on their websites via a script tag. AI responses are generated using the Anthropic Claude API.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Botify offers three plans: • Free Trial (1 month): Full access to the widget for 30 days at no cost. No credit card required. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. • Monthly Plan (₹199/month): Paid monthly. Access continues as long as the subscription is active. • Yearly Plan (₹1,999/year): Paid annually. Best value — equivalent to approximately ₹167/month. Payment: Purchases are completed manually by contacting Manjeet Choudhary via email (manjeetchoudhary0099@gmail.com) or phone (+91 97832 66449). Payment instructions will be provided upon contact. Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Refund requests within 7 days of payment may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Botify to: • Embed the chatbot widget on websites you own or have permission to modify. • Customise the widget's theme, name, and welcome message via the config object. • Allow your website visitors to interact with the AI chatbot. You must NOT use Botify to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content through the bot. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the widget code. • Circumvent usage limits or resell access without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Botify widget code, design, branding, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Manjeet Choudhary. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the widget on your own website(s). You retain ownership of the content your visitors send through the chatbot.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Botify generates responses using the Anthropic Claude large language model. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Botify makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI responses. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them for critical decisions. Do not use Botify as the sole source of advice for medical, legal, financial, or safety matters.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (including third-party API outages). We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manjeet Choudhary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Botify at any time if: • You violate these Terms. • You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. • Your payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
